This process is commonly referred to as a Comparable Market Analysis (or CMA). Aimee will help research this information with you so that you can ensure the information used is accurate and specific to your home, and adjusted appropriately. Many home search websites offer estimates of this type but do not account for specific details of your property or those used for comparison purposes.


Staging can range from simply tidying up a home to hiring a professional home stager to decorate (and sometimes furnish) your home. In some cases, it might make sense to even do some repairs or remodeling. Aimee can help provide you with information and options about staging to guide you and help you make the decision that best suits your selling goals. She can also provide referrals to reputable service providers for everything from paint and carpet cleaning to organizing and decluttering, and more.
